General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1

Duration of the stay
Each night’s stay is payable according to the terms and conditions agreed between the Owner and the Client.
The Client who books accommodation with a Guest House Owner for a specific period of time may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises.

Article 2

Online booking
The general terms and conditions of sale and cancellation for online bookings remain the same as for telephone or e-mail bookings.
The online booking solutions require that the box “acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale” be ticked before any purchase.
Any tourist taxes included in the room rate will be specified on the hotel’s invoice.
On receipt of the online reservation, the Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail from La Manufacture Royale de Lectoure.

Article 3

Room prices
The rates displayed are prices per room, per night on a two-person basis. Breakfast and tourist tax are included in the price.
The rates do not include any additional services.

Article 4

Secure payment
For your financial transactions, the lamanufactureroyaledelectoure.com website uses an external payment solution. With this system, your payment by credit card is made directly on the secure server of the online bank. At no time will your credit card number be communicated to the company La Manufacture Royale de Lectoure.

Article 5

Cancellation of the stay by the Client
Any change of date or room will only be possible after consultation with and agreement by the Owner. This will be done according to availability on the date of the request, and may result in additional charges.
In the event of cancellation by the Client, the full amount of the payment made may be refunded if the change is made 30 days prior to the booking date.
From 30 days before the date of booking, 50% of the payment made will be retained and 100% from 48 hours before the date of booking.
In case of early departure during the stay, the total amount of the reserved service will be due.
In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be due.

Article 6

Cancellation of the stay by the Owner
If the owner has to cancel the reservation before the stay, he will inform the client immediately and refund the total amount paid.

Article 7

Timetable
Arrival and departure times are to be confirmed with the Owner according to the availability of the rooms.
The rooms cannot be entered before 12 noon and after 11 p.m., except by prior agreement.

Article 8

Use of the premises
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house, in the rooms or in the common areas.
In order to preserve the quietness of the premises and the comfort of all, it is requested that each guest respects the peace and quiet of the other guests, particularly in the case of the presence of children who will be under the responsibility of their parents during their stay, who will ensure that they respect the rules of good manners.
The Client agrees to return the rooms in perfect condition, and to declare and assume financially, if necessary, any damage or broken or lost object for which he/she is responsible.

Article 9

Modification of the GTC
The Owner reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale if necessary for the proper functioning of the premises.
